Kazushi Hagiwara, the author of Bastard!!, was born in 1963 in Tokyo but he lived in Chiba since he was a child. Because he was been rejected a few times he left the school. Only after he asked his parents to put down him for Art academy of Tokyo. When he finished his study he worked for Izumi "Kimagure Orange Road" Matsumoto. In 1987 he created Wizard!! that was transformed in Bastard!! a while ago.
